      Pros

      Salary and medical insurance are ok.

      Cons

      50-80h work weeks. It is our 7th or 8th week (do not remember exactly) that our team is working all Saturdays and Sundays (on top of 9-12 hours almost every day). Management does not ask the developers how much time it takes to complete the job. They assign release dates before anyone from the development team can see BRD (Business Requirements Document). No overtime pay for salaried employees.

      Pros

      RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization. I've had the opportunity to work with amazing and talented colleagues who are knowledgeable, approachable and committed to delivering quality work.

      As with any large organization, there can be occasional process-related challenges, but overall, the work environment is positive and rewarding
