We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. As a company, we promote from within because we value #thosewhohustle. We look for employees who are hard workers, show up to work every day with a smile, and those who know how to communicate and engage their co-workers. If any employee feels like there is no management, I would strongly urge them to reach out to one of our Culture Directors to voice their concern. RDI listens. And if anyone feels that to be the case we need to know about it.

Pros

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
