Pay- have to fight for your LIFE to get paid what you deserve. I got 2 pay rises in 12 months but my starting salary was so low, I hate the idea of having to beg every 6 months when they should’ve just started me on market standard salary for my role. Pay decisions come from high up and usually management can’t impact that so other than that, I had a great time! No complaints, onto bigger (£££) and better things :) Not much in careers progression either but its a good thing for some- no-one wants to leave!
