Training is ok and a good company to start your career in AML Compliance Sales. Fruit deliveries to the office. 28 days holiday.
Cons
Bad management that sits on the fence and scarred of making decisions even if it means you are struggling. Very low salaries comparing to competitors in London. There was cases were people never got the role they applied for. A few girls were uncomfortable with a certain manger's look that he gave them. Promotions are far in between and not necessarily the best candidate gets the promotion.
