Pros
Mostly nice people and the pay was above average.
Cons
The person training me for the position was condescending, rude and insulting. I knew something was off when this person would say negative things about the owner’s family members who also worked there. I was given minimal training and left to work on my own after just a week. The treatment I received because I was slow and trying to avoid mistakes (which was inevitable with the poor training) made it difficult to concentrate feel comfortable in the workplace. My blood pressure and anxiety were through the roof working in this toxic environment. The supervisor seemed unapproachable because they allowed the person who was training me to basically “run the show”. Every day I stayed at this job gave me severe anxiety attacks before I even left my house. No job is worth my health, and this place was not somewhere I wanted to stay.
