Rackspace is a great company but has limitations if you work offsite like a Datacenter or any other offsite excluding HQ - Datacenter Operations Technician Rackspace Technology Employee Review

From a Datacenter perspective - Work life balance is very questionable, VERY slow growth opportunity , the PAY is on the low side compared to other competitors like Amazon ( which a lot of employees have switched to and are looking to switch to now) and Promotions are hard to come by .
