As an early team member at RADII, I got to witness the company grow, and grow alongside it. It felt great to wake up each day and do meaningful work, telling stories to change the world for the better. The content, the mission, the company culture, and the people I worked with are all pros for me. They care about their employees.
Cons
RADII is an independent media platform. As a result, the audience size is smaller than that of a major publication. Nonetheless, with a highly dedicated demographic of readers, RADII will still make a great home for your work.
