From day one you will be introduced to a great culture not many companies can accomplish. Everyone is super inviting, hard working and always ready to help out. You will always know how your contributions relate to the big picture, no matter what department you work in. Management is not only open to new ideas and interested in your opinion, they highly encourage feedback. Radio Flyer is truly a great place to work, I feel very lucky to be part of a team that brings smiles to kids of all ages and creates warm memories that last a lifetime.
Cons
The location could be challenging for some, especially if you prefer to work downtown but the awesome facilities (modern, open workspace and sit to stand desks) and the lush backyard with our own veggie garden makes up for it!
