Radio Flyer is a truly exceptional organization that values selecting and growing the absolute best people! At our last company meeting, I was pleasantly surprised to see about 20% of our workforce highlighted for their exceptional growth within the organization (many accelerating from entry level to leadership) and those were just SOME of our success stories. The organization is full of dedicated, passionate people who are super committed to the vision, mission and values of the company. And we have a lot of fun, we are a toy company after all! Our CWO ('Chief Wagon Officer') is the Founder's Grandson. He is a fantastic leader; highly transparent, supportive and passionate about the success of the organization. All of this topped off by an awesome leadership team, opportunity for my own advancement and stellar benefits, I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Radio Flyer!
Cons
We are a lean, small team which is great as it allows for close collaboration, cross-training and the ability to wear many hats. However, it can become challenging at times to accomplish all goals and keep up with demands. The team overall is extremely driven and motivated, but some do struggle with maintaining work/life balance.
