Pros

- My work has a meaningful and direct impact - I am able to develop new skills through my projects and self-improvement is encouraged - I am able to work with my manager to coordinate projects I want to work on - There's plenty of variety in my work - The leadership & management teams are open to feedback and actually apply it - The positive company culture makes staying motivated easy

Cons

- The commute can be inconvenient due to location. Hybrid/WFH has been really nice to remedy this partially. - We tend to operate on the leaner side in terms of staff. So workload can spike-up throughout the year
