The Board and Senior management seem to know everything and the employees are unable to make decisions or have any worthy input that is accepted, therefore you end up with a dictatorship, clear issues are never addressed or listened too, An RF company with no RF engineer need I say more The Board and senior managers then blame everybody but themselves when the known issues are highlighted in front of customers, the fact that in 5 years they have had 4 CEO's sums it up, A total mess from start to finish,

dynamic work environment, challenging multi-disciplinary. Engineering team are brilliant.
