I struggle to write any Pro's
Cons
The Board and Senior management seem to know everything and the employees are unable to make decisions or have any worthy input that is accepted, therefore you end up with a dictatorship, clear issues are never addressed or listened too, An RF company with no RF engineer need I say more The Board and senior managers then blame everybody but themselves when the known issues are highlighted in front of customers, the fact that in 5 years they have had 4 CEO's sums it up, A total mess from start to finish,

This is difficult to populate. Once it was an exciting place to be. Lots of vision and some seriously professional engineers.
Cons
Dysfunctional board that have no prior success anywhere. The Inventors of the technology have all quit the company due to ongoing financial instability and debt.
