      Pros

      The team and some team leads are just amazing and hardworking. I feel sorry for them.

      Cons

      Untrustworthy CEO, the money lover one who does not care nor knows about what's happening in the company. Just calls you out of nowhere and starts yelling without a context. At that moment you'll feel insecure and anxious about everything that you do. Your depression may even kick in if you're not strong enough. Don't work with his company.

      you are going to deal with a highly unstable ceo who will gaslight you and micromanage you at every occassion. if you are good, it will not change anything and they'll try to break you down. they'll treat you like an employee but you get "no benefits" contractor position.

      Remote work with constant evaluation and salary increase opportunities

      Cons

      No loyalty where you could be fired at any time. Salaries are relatively low. No benefits, you just get the monthly salary and even pay your own taxes.
