I applied online. I interviewed at Radity in Oct 2025
Interview
My experience with this company was disappointing. Although the CEO claims the culture prioritizes communication and collaboration, the recruitment process is completely cold and unprofessional.
After two rounds (including one with the CEO), I received zero feedback. The most baffling part was being contacted again months later by the same HR person, just to be ghosted once more after I expressed interest. For a company that claims to value "human" traits over technical ones, their lack of basic communication with candidates is a huge red flag.
