Good environment lovely place love it

Not friendly , far away from home

Flexible timing, work from home, free fruits on Tuesday's and Thursday's (one for each...they will make it to you very clear on the first day itself that u cannot take more than 1 :D )

This company is the most cheapest company I have ever worked with. We get cost saving emails every 2 days about some thing or the other. Lot of senior engineers are leaving and the company is replacing them with trainees or juniors. There is absolutely no recognition of hard work. Nothing! Very poor increments. Even for the good performers. Not a very friendly administration staff. They will not even accept your courier packages. For the testing staff - no career path! Just QA for life. No change in Designation. Very few managers to manage people (to save cost) hence there are very few people to listen to your problems. The company has started the Madrid branch just to save money! They have absolutely no affection towards the employees, they don't care if anyone leaves or not.
