Good Opportunity - Customer Support Coordinator Randox Laboratories Employee Review

Unrealistic KPI's when not everyday is the same. Managers give off when targets not met understandably it is their job to do so. Staff turnaround is questionable. the role is not suitable for everyone. Office area could be better, bit depressing compared to IT department. Toxic leaders, favoritism can be seen. Feels like school environment - have to make everyone aware when you are taking a break and also announce when you need to go to the toilet.
