There are some pros of this company and all are due to the management in France. Top management in India i.e. Sourabh is not fit to be MD of ATI

I'm writing this review after working with Ausy for more than 2 years, ATI was a very good company until the previous managing director Matthieu Roy was taking care of organization. Last February, Sourabh, was given the responsibility to lead the organization in a hope that he'll take the organization forward. But, to everyone's surprise, he showed his actual colors and started behaving like a dictator. He is very clever as he behaves very well in front of the management sitting in France and hides the facts from them. He spoiled all the HR policies of the company within just 1 year. Employee Handbook is like a joke book that has 0 percent benefit for the employees. As the designated HR was not available in the organisation, so he as a head of HR, made many policies purely on his instinct. He added a policy that forces all the employees to apply a min. of 5 days of loss of pay leave once the Casual Leaves are exhausted. He treats the employees as bonded labor. Whenever any employee tries to speak or express his/her views, he tries to threaten. In a situation like COVID-19, employees just keep quiet as everyone is worried about their jobs, we have a family to support. He will not allow you to take your CTC too, by adding 10% of your pay as a variable by assigning you his imaginative goals. Don’t ever think this is a corporate company. This is like a local grocery shop where rules are made instantly and employees are forced to follow even what is not written in the handbook. If you still wish to join this company then you’re Welcome to HELL. You must be thinking if this is HELL then am I still in this organization. I will for sure leave it, once the situation due to COVID-19 is back to normal
