Looks good on a resume. They have free Wednesday lunches. There's lots of gossip keeps the days exciting. They offer an Xmas bonus at the end of the year but it'll be an arbitrary amount with no explanation.

Managers don't seem to want to see their team succeed. There's no opportunities for growth as a technician. I have heard some absolutely horrible things hiring managers have said about respective candidates and it's vile, not worth putting yourself through even the torture of thier interviews.

Post-graduation experience, like-minded, fun coworkers, free drinks, office lunches, and snacks.

Absolutely no HR, no system for promotions/raises/bonuses, most managers have no business managing people.
