Free lunch on Wednesdays, great coworkers, and fairly relaxed/slow pace environment

Cons

Management has struggled with controlling conflict which has resulted in reduced moral. Work from home is frowned upon. Raises and bonuses are not well explained.

Solid group of people, well-versed in their respective departments. Services are industry-leading and revolutionary. Also, beautiful office. If on sales team, option to travel for conferences.

Cons

Misalignment with department prioritizes, disjointed communications, no clear career progressions and limited opportunities to expand skills. Team may be growing too quickly which is furthering these problems. Stocks are only offered to certain team members, wish they were offered across the board. No women in management.
