Pros

It was a family ran business and some of the people there were pretty cool. They did a decent amount of training.

Cons

The training seemed very repetitive and from the hip, not a lot of thought went into it, and the manager specifically said I’m the boss if I want to sing and dance for an hour during our meeting then I’ll do that because I’m the boss and I’m paying you to be here. At first, the company starts off really strong, but it quickly fades. There’s a reason why employees are constantly going in and out of there and it’s not because the job is hard. It’s because the leadership is less than desirable to say the least.
