1. Good industry to be in right now (at least 5x growth in coming decade) 2. Opportunities to be visible to top management 3. In general, colleagues are really nice and helpful 4. Pay is on the higher level if you are starting your career 5. Perfect place to be in if you wish to move into Renewables and Energy space
Cons
1. Industry growth doesn't mean personal growth 2. Lots of levels of hierarchy 3. Workaholic culture - I have had to work almost all weekends 4. Top management is not decisive and fickle minded - takes a lot of time to decide things; moves back and forth in taking decisions and it seems that they don't have clarity on things they are doing. 5. Work depends on the department you are in - for ex. Corporate Finance and Investment teams almost work 12-15 hours daily; In other teams such as Solar and Wind, there's very less work
