Shaky leadership with little tech experience.
Constantly changing Product priorities (often mid-sprint). Chasing products and features with no revenue implications.
On paper it’s great, there is opportunity in what they are trying to do but planning and prioritizing is lacking and most are in denial about it.
Few put in the time to be a successful company, much less a start-up. Not enough do-ers.
