      Literally None…this place is so toxic because of the owner and his wife.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Owner has irrational outbursts and talks about his employees behind their backs. He hates his workers because he has to pay them. Zero leadership. Guy is a phony and fraudulent grifter. His products are not maintained or cared for. I’m surprised he’s still in business since he’s burned every bridge in town. Place is a joke.

      Boss is afraid of conflict

      Cons

      Low pay, high stress environment where you will be blamed for anything and everything that goes wrong. Extremely high turnover and lack of documented processes.
