- Good stepping stone to get employment elsewhere - Tend to quickly jump on new technology in big data which is always interesting and fun to learn - Most of the employees are fantastic and fun people to work with

- Micro managing upper management - High turn over - Those that are there for more than a year end up having multiple positions without increased pay because of the above bullet point - No respect from upper management - Unrealistic strategic goals are placed on your department - Pay disparity is pretty high between certain positions - No real direction in your career paths - Absolutely no policy or procedures....."just make it work" attitude - No instructions for new highers......sink or swim - New positions will open or new hires will be hired into departments don't need the extra man power where departments that are barely keeping their head above water are ignored -Concerns and complaints go unheeded
