      People on floor are nice behavior.

      Cons

      Management is not sure what to do or what not, and take multiple wrong decision. They have only one client so Stability issue is always there.

      Leadership roles come with great responsibilities and challenges, having said that being given a free hand to function and experiment has helped me grow and understand my full potential at Refine interactive. Happy to be a part of the organisation.

      Pros

      Got frustrated from this company management.

      Cons

      Don't work here. Company management hires students at lowest salary i.e. 2000-3000 & do exploitation of them in a bad manners. They doesn't respect their employees, if someone will ask for appraisal then he will be generally get fired. Don't waste your time & carrier in such a low standard company.
