Pros
Some good folks in the team, remote work is nice, and a few people do care about the company
Cons
When it comes to the leadership team, it's tough to believe they genuinely care about their team. They might come across as friendly, but their assurances often end up empty. It's obvious that their primary focus is on their own interests. Opportunities for career advancement are next to non existent, despite all the promises. The promised personal and professional development never materializes. They also struggle to keep clients, often making grand commitments but failing to deliver, leading to a huge churn rate. Despite the positive image they project on social media, we feel like mere tools, with little real concern for our well-being and workload. It's all smoke and mirrors, with insincere individuals running the company.
