Pros
Fast pace, fast growing company to work for. Employees are really good as well. Management is trying to keep with the times. Regeneron offers good pay, vacation time, sick time and benefits which are also quite competitive too.
Cons
Very fast growing company, which makes it feel short staff currently. May get too big like other lady companies hopefully core values are not lost.
