      Great Culture, colleagues and company events.

      Cons

      Managers beliefs does not trickle down to associate levels. Work, work, work is immediate managers motto - "Work like it's your last day!" Note - My comment is really depends on the managers personality. I was in a unfortunate side.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      Cons

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
