Pros
A lot about Regeneron is a pro. The 401K is amazing along with the health benefits. They have one of the best so far. Also Job security. Compensation has improved.
Cons
One of the cons about working here is is fairness in performance evaluations. It's an area a lot of people are hoping they improve on. It just doesn't capture a true sense of an individuals improvements.
