Good science, good work life balance, and good people with promising product lines. However, the ultimate test is yet to be seen.
Cons
Mediocre salary, benefits, advancement for non-PhD's. There is defined barrier between PhD's and advance non-PhD's (university-like environment). Little to non business communication from upper management to the little guys (non-PhD's).
