Little carrier growth - Scientist Regeneron Employee Review

Salary is not competitive for the industry. Management plays favorites. If you are not in the ''in group'' then you will not move up. If you are on the short list then you can sleep in your car during the workday and still get promoted. HR does nothing with formal complaints. A manager recieved 9 complaints from cross functional staff as well as within their own group and they still get promoted every year just because they are friends with the VP. Despite the company flaunting their culture, they have lost touch. There is little to none of the same cultue as when I started. Keep adding new analyst/scientist levels becuase they refuse to develop people managers.
