      Pros

      There is good science behind every project. It has a very scientific driven leadership. They have an exciting pipeline and great potential to keep growing

      Cons

      I was surprise to see that it is actually a conservative company in many aspects, with a risk averse culture. Maybe now that is financially more stable this may change

      Benefits are good. Salary is decent.

      Cons

      Rudderless commercial organization run by inexperienced or inept leadership across all brands. Unfortunately, it has devolved into an atmosphere of reprisals, frustration, and kissing the ring. The company does NOT live by the principles is espouses.
