Exciting environment - on the forefront of drug development across multiple therapeutic areas, no doubt one of the strongest, if not THE strongest pipeline in biotech.
Cons
Growing pains - company leadership aware of challenges to growth and maintenance of culture - but a hard thing to do. Time will tell.
