Great company but growing too fast - Anonymous employee Regeneron Employee Review

Growing too fast - not enough space to accommodate new hires. Appreciation and promotions are meant for employees who are "Yes Man", and not for hard working, deserving employees. So quite a few people are burnt out and wants to leave the company; even though they respect company's science.
