      Pros

      Good team in general to work with. Sales commission was good until it was removed.

      Cons

      Poor management from top down. Lack of clear goals. Hit or exceed all targets but they will still find a way to demoralise you. Management has since changed so this could have improved.

      Pros

      Shea Center management style was excellent and clients were always kind. Front Desk/Reception area was well organized, and work was divided fairly and evenly.

      Cons

      Inadequate pay and menial job duties create a lack of job satisfaction. Management at the Colorado Blvd center left room for improvent.
