      Pros

      Easy job, great for networking, good salary. Nice events if you know the right people.

      Cons

      IT system is a mess, support centre is outsourced, not easy or user friendly. No clear path for career growth. Diversity and inclusion are only considered until a certain level, whereas there's only white men in higher management.

      Pros

      Shea Center management style was excellent and clients were always kind. Front Desk/Reception area was well organized, and work was divided fairly and evenly.

      Cons

      Inadequate pay and menial job duties create a lack of job satisfaction. Management at the Colorado Blvd center left room for improvent.
