      Pros

      A lot of people go on here and write negative reviews about the company because the job was too hard for them or they couldn't handle the work load. Not all jobs are made for everyone. For me personally this job has been a life change. I came from a dead end job working at a capped salary with no room for growth. I came to Reign because the growth is outstanding and the employees are more of a family. In 3 short weeks I was able to turn my financial situations around.

      Cons

      The only thing I have to say is for those to not base their career moves off of reviews. Too many negative people in the world. Keep the negativity to yourself. Reign Management has been a life changer for me and my family

      Pros

      I worked as an intern at Reign this past winter before I went back to school full time. I loved the company culture. Everyone was really nice and it was motivating to be around. They don't just throw you into the role but make sure you are properly trained which was something that lacked in my previous jobs/internships. Definitely considering coming back full time when I graduate this May. Great Experience overall

      It was overwhelming at first because there was a lot to learn but it was a good business experience
