- Hybrid workplace (great Philly Office) - Nice leadership, whether it was managers to C-Suite

None that I can think.

Great teammates, easy (monotonous) work, supervisors care about their employees.

Low pay compared to competitors and no option to get more outside of a yearly merit raise. Management is incredibly detached from the lower-level staff and expects more out of us than most people should have to give.
