Great team, great product, great company - Anonymous employee Responsive Employee Review

There are lots of things that are great about RFPIO: 1. They handled the COVID situation wonderfully. Even though we're no longer working in the same place, I feel closer to my team members than ever... and I think that's a testmanet to the policies the leadership implemented at the start of the pandemic. 2. Our customers love our product. It's so much easier (and more rewarding) to work in marketing when you're working with a group of customers who genuinely appreciate what we're doing for them. 3. The leadership team is really supportive of career development plans; they want to make sure we're doing things we enjoy doing. They've sponsored several paid courses and conference attendance. 4. People who work at RFPIO are, overall, great people. Everyone is ready and willing to help when needed, and we've built a culture centered around appreciation. The #general channel in Slack is chok full of inter- and intra-team shoutouts. 5. Fun at work. They've just implemented a #Flex-Friday policy, where work ends at 1 pm on Fridays. We also have morning, virtual yoga on Thursdays. And we try to get together for virtual happy hours every so often. When we're in the office, we also have quarterly offsite... I'm sure that will start up again post-COVID. 6. Great work-life balance. Leadership is very supportive of taking time when you need it. Some weeks can be crazy (it is a startup after all), but for the most part... I have enough time to spend for myself. And PTO really is PTO... we're discouraged from responding to emails or doing any work when we're on vacation.
