5yThank you for taking the time to comment on your experience working with RT for over 3 years. You're right about the metrics - sometimes it seems like everything has a number behind it! It makes sense, though. If we can measure performance, out of oil events, customer visits, service calls, etc, then we can continue to improve and innovate for customers.
Regarding Covid-19, that's tough. Our Covid-19 response team continues to meet and our CEO continues to communicate daily on the impact and our response as we strive to effectively support our people, our business and our customers' businesses.
