Pros
-Benefits of using equipment, but too much could get you "flagged."
Cons
Expecting to be treated fairly and humanely is too much expect here. Management wants almost no work life balance and treats you unfairly when they "find out" you do other jobs, activities, etc. outside of work. They will most likely contact you on your off-days or ask you to work more. They won't have an in-person conversation with you; they will talk about you behind your back and you will hear about it from your coworkers. When you work here your whole life needs to be about restore. They are NOT flexible with schedules and never give you any feedback about your work or make you feel appreciated and supported. They are hyper critical and micromanaging and is incredibly disorganized with their communication to each other. The entire management is either related or life-long friends. The passive aggressive management style does them no service. Their "6-month" check-ins were all about their employees giving THEM feedback, not the other way around. You work 9 hour days here with only one unpaid lunch break, and they are unbelievably particular about when you are eating, even if there are no clients! There is a lot of sitting around with this job. Even if you are using the equipment, that is part of the benefits, the management will get angry if you use it too much, or come in on your off days to use it because "you could be working." The amount of people that have continued to leave after they have been hired and trained, in the last few months, has proven the inefficacy of the treatment of their employees. If you want to feel appreciated, supported, be in a "wellness" environment, and grow in your learning you should NOT work here.
