      Awesome location, free coffee, free lunch on Fridays

      Cons

      Company was dishonest about duties and responsibilities during the hiring process. Training was non-existent. Company did not have any SOP in place. Everything is tribal knowledge.

      Pros

      Everyone is professional and does their job. Workers are friendly and enjoy having lunches together when working in person. Dog-friendly company.

      Cons

      There is a separation between upstairs office workers, customer support agents, and downstairs production workers.
