Everyone is professional and does their job. Workers are friendly and enjoy having lunches together when working in person. Dog-friendly company.

There is a separation between upstairs office workers, customer support agents, and downstairs production workers.

The company is ambitious and has been growing quickly. Everyone at the company really buys into it and takes pride in what they are doing. The company is 6 years old and more than a third of the people have been there 4+ years so it is a pretty tight team that enjoys working together. The culture is very open and it appears that management really cares about the company and the people working there. There are good development opportunities. Most of the department heads started in packaging or customer service and worked their way up. The company does a pretty decent job of mixing fun things with work...they provide lunch to all employees every Friday and there are periodic BBQs or parties usually once every 2-3 months or so.

Because it is a fast-paced and high growth company sometimes they don't plan far enough ahead and people have to scramble to stay caught up. This is probably pretty typical of fast growing companies and it seems like they are planning further ahead each year but that's one of the biggest challenges of working at Revant.
