Pros

- 100% paid-for benefits for medical, dental, and vision - Ample personal and professional-growth opportunities: online classes, in-person courses to earn certifications/etc. - Very genuine people who work here. You won't overhear other employees gossiping in the breakroom but rather having conversations about ideas/topics/work-life/life-life - VERY refreshing! - flexible working hours: 7-4, 8-5, 9-6

Cons

- No permanent work-from-home opportunities, only the flex hours. - PTO not based on tenure and all days are allotted at the beginning of the year. Wish PTO would accrue past the regular 18 days based on how many years you've been with the company. Maybe add a PTO for every year an employee is with the company.

We have further improved our benefit package for 2020 and have plans to keep going! Your feedback about telecommuting and PTO are good points.
