Pros
The benefits are incredible and unmatched. They take a "no frills" approach to SaaS technology unlike I've seen from other companies who boast about "growth" just for the sake of growth for investors. Strategic initiatives in an industry that can really benefit from the product.
Cons
Most employees are based in Atlanta, but they are starting to hire more people in more places of more diverse backgrounds which I hope they continue to do.
