Pros
This is a computer company with very talented people, making very good software, solving very interesting problems, in very high quality and very fast - all this while remaining human and respecting balance. Fully remote but the culture feels like we are going to the same office every day. Management is transparent, honest and enthusiast.
Cons
No cons for me - but it might not be everyone's cup of tea. The job requires high level of autonomy, hard skills, flexibility and self discipline. Some will love it, others won't.
