Pros

You're surrounded by top performers; people who can't keep up are either filtered out during the recruitment process or drop out quickly. This creates a great environment for learning and developing because you’re constantly pushed by the best in the business. On top of that, the compensation is genuinely competitive and reflects the high-intensity nature of the work.

Cons

The biggest strength is also the biggest challenge for progression. Because you're in a room full of "A-players," simply doing a great job isn't enough to stand out in the corporate structure. To get "fast-tracked," you have to come up with something truly exceptional just to be noticed. However, the system is also fair—so if you do your job well and stay consistent, you will eventually get rewarded.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
