Pros
- Most of the people there are passionate about their job - If you're looking for challanges and passionate workplace it's a right place for you - If you're a "family man" and you're able to get stuff done it's also ok. But nobody will guide you. Be proactive and expect that - Get stuff done and you will be trusted to do even more stuff - Quite flat structure. No matter who you are, you can affect product and talk to anyone no matter the title - Remote friendly. If you are trusted and you able to deliver, you can work from anywhere you want even for a few months - It's pro and con at the same time, but here you will want to work more and more. Nobody will force you, but you will be fascinated yourself, so be careful :P - Many many many more of other pluses
Cons
- Work-life balance will suffer more than in other places, but your hard work is paying off. - Despite stereotype about "fancy startup perks" in the office etc. It's not the case for Revolut. You're here to work, not for a PlayStation, Xbox or whatever. Although it's changing right now. - A company never spends money on something it doesn't need and will try hard to keep lean on services and subscriptions even if it's few bucks a month. You need to have a real justification before they will buy it. Sometimes it makes sense, sometimes it extremely annoying - Problems with delegations sometimes. It's getting better tho.
