6yThank you for your honest and thorough feedback. When we launched Revolut, we had big dreams on what we wanted the product to be. As we’re scaling up to make that vision a reality, we sometimes encounter issues that help us to mature and thrive as a company. We recognise that some of our processes are still developing a finalised structure, and that we are in the process of filling out our management teams to address these issues properly.
As a company, we’ve always tried to be transparent and own our mistakes. Our CEO has repeatedly addressed issues through our blog on topics such as company culture, compliance, and payment outages. When something doesn’t work, we want to make it better - one of our core values is Never Settle. As we grow, and welcome Martin Gilbert to our board in 2020, we’ll continue to address our shortfalls and become stronger as a company.
