Hey, thanks for giving us your feedback! We've been working on improving our internal communication by being more open about our processes and decisions - through Town Halls, Slack announcements, and emails, we try to be as transparent as possible internally. We're really interested to hear your feedback on what you'd specifically like to hear about more, so please reach out to our Internal Comms team to let them know. Our Learning and Development team has been putting in place great programs to support our managers, from our dedicated Management and Leadership Development Manager, to the Management and Leadership Guild, to training programs set up to provide guidance on how to approach all kinds of management issues. We always encourage you to give honest feedback during performance reviews and on Peakon so that we can identify where we need to improve.
